About Us

The Idea

The Mission

The Idea

Technical emancipation is more than 100 years old, but Black people lag in major financial indicators. There was a time when we actively supported our own and created innumerable businesses of all types. Looking at this moment, the time has come for us to leverage our economic power. Join the #Tuesteenth movement.

THE ASK

The Mission

The Idea

Each Tuesteenth, make a conscious decision to support a Black-owned business of your choice. If you already have a fave, spread the wealth and try another one next Tuesday. We want your recommendations to share great businesses and want to feature stories of folks who are making it happen!

The Mission

The Mission

The Mission

We're starting with a simple premise: Support Black Business!

But there's more on the horizon.

We'll offer insightful articles on financial literacy, Black business history, profiles of current business achievements, credit building for small businesses, and more. Let's Do This Together!
